Vance has a Business Marketing degree from Troy University and has attended Executive Training classes at Harvard University and Babson College. 

Vance served on the Shelby County Alabama Parks & Recreation Authority for 19 years, of which he spent eight years as Chairman.

Vance currently is retired and lives with Gen, his wife of 39 years, on Lake Martin in Alexander City, Alabama.

Robert holds a B.A. degree from the University of Alabama and M.A. degrees from Georgetown University and George Mason University. He worked as a writer, editor, and publications manager for more than 30 years, including 17 years as a writer, editor, editorial division chief, and editorial consultant with the National Transportation Safety Board in Washington, DC.

Karl joined Team Match Tracker as a founding member in October 2018. Although he was a proficient shooter prior to joining, Karl had no prior experience in competitive shooting sports.

By 2025, Karl's initial lack of competitive experience proved to be no obstacle. His accomplishments include:

• World Records: Set over 100 world stage records in the Senior, Super Senior, and Distinguished Senior categories.
• Steel Challenge World Championships: Holds a record-breaking 17 World Speed Shooting titles, more than any other shooter.
• Historic Milestone: In 2022, at the age of 69, Karl became the first Super Senior to achieve a time in the 60s, recording an impressive 68.95 at the World Speed Shooting Championship.
• NORI Certified Range Officer

Kurt joined Team Match Tracker in the August of 2021 and is a fixture in the shooting sports. In fact, Kurt has shot over 850 Steel Challenge, USPSA, and IDPA matches (most ever).

Jay Graham, a resident of Kentucky, is married with two grown sons. As an Air Force veteran and a certified Kentucky CCDW instructor, Jay brings a wealth of experience to the shooting sports community.

Since 2014, Jay has actively competed in USPSA and IDPA events. He has served as a range officer since 2015 and is currently a Chief Range Officer with NORI.

Jay primarily competes with Match Tracker and is also a member of the Tuff Products shooting team. He is recognized as a member of both the "Club 13" in Steel Challenge and the "Club 21" in USPSA/SCSA.

Jay participates in the Limited, Open, and Limited Optics divisions in USPSA, as well as the RFRO and PCCO categories in Steel Challenge. He currently serves as the USPSA Kentucky Section Coordinator.
